Joanju Software is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains what information we collect about users of our web site and describes how we will use it.

Our web site contains links to other sites which are outside our control and are not covered by this privacy policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, your information may be used by the operators of those sites in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.

Joanju Software collects the following:

Please note that our payments processing service, SoftShop (SWREG) handles all credit and debit card details, and we do not receive this information. SoftShop uses a secure server to gather this data.

  • in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by our web site
  • provided by you when submitting a customer review

Please advise us if any of your personal details (name, address, email address, etc.) change, so that we can ensure our records are up to date.

What do we do with the information we collect?

Our payments processing company, Softshop (SWREG) uses cookies. You do not need to allow your browser to accept cookies in order to process your payment through SoftShop. Access rights

You have the right to access the personal data that is held about you. To obtain a copy of the personal information Joanju Software holds about you, you should email info@joanju.com. We are entitled to charge a reasonable fee for this service.
