Licensing
AutoDox2 is licensed by site developer count. That is, count the developers who use the output from the product and contribute changes to the source code being documented. For any licensed site, the product may be installed on any number of computers.

Purchase Online
We can accept payment via PayPal or our online payments processor: SWREG Digital River We will provide product download access via URL and password within two business days (usually less). Please contact us by email (sales at joanju.com).
Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders by email (sales at joanju.com) and by fax (+1 425 609 1284). On receipt of a purchase order we will provide product access along with an invoice due in 30 days. Please allow two business days for us to respond to new purchase orders. Payment may be made by company check, bank draft, money order, or direct wire transfers.
Source Code
We offer private Subversion repository access to the product's source code. This is included with your license.
Maintenance and Updates
We now offer free lifetime access to product updates. We no longer charge annual maintenance. Instead, we offer support services at an hourly rate.

Product Delivery: FOB Langley, BC, Canada. Software delivered by download.
Conditions of Sale: The contract jurisdiction is BC, Canada.
You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms
of the software license agreement.
The price does not include any VAT, local, or state sales
taxes. Customers outside Canada are responsible for remitting
their own local taxes where applicable.
EU Customers: We are required by the EU to collect your EU VAT number.
Canadian Customers: We will add GST to the invoice.
Canadian customers outside
BC are are responsible for remitting their own Provincial sales tax where applicable.
