We accept purchase orders by email and by fax. (Contact page) On receipt of a purchase order, we will send you the product key, along with an invoice, due in 30 days. Please allow two business days for us to respond to new purchase orders, but we are usually much faster. Payment may be made by company check, bank draft, money order, or direct wire transfers.

The following terms of sale are also printed on our invoices.

Product Delivery: FOB Canada. Software delivered by download from Joanju web site. Software License Key delivered by email.

Conditions of Sale: The contract jurisdiction is BC, Canada and the software is supplied FOB BC, Canada. You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the software license agreement included with the software, and available in the ”license.txt” file after installation. The total sale amount does not include any VAT, GST, local, or state sales taxes, and therefore all customers are responsible for remitting their own applicable local taxes on this sale. EU Customers: We are required by the EU to collect your EU VAT number. We may collect and use your personal data and may transfer this data outside of the European Economic Area.
